Mishfest has issues. Mostly that they are transphobic under the guise of feminism.
I am feeling very, very sick today, and this doesn’t help. I am angry. I am sad.
As long as she uses womyn-born-womyn as a term of exclusion, I think it’s clear she’s not listening to trans womyn, and she’s erasing our experiences, and that’s transphobic. even if she doesn’t intend to be transphobic, her actions are transphobic.
Our lives are as real as hers.
